The Ministry of Justice is currently monitoring the states , which is moving to Brotherhood leaders , who told them that the State of Qatar in the unwillingness of their presence on its territory , and to prepare a special note to each of them and ask these countries to extradite Egyptian territory because their crimes exceeded the law . Judicial sources said , "The Minister of Justice assigned assistant for international cooperation to prepare a full report on states , which have moved to prominent leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood , which had been present in Qatar before." The sources added that the minister called for quickly preparing the memorandum for each of these leaders , in preparation for submission to the countries that escaped them and demanding their extradition to Egypt , according to the charges wave to them .
